Refund Policy for Purchased Products:

1.  If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8247890359 (9.30am to 5.30pm) or email us at support@lastingaroma.com mentioning your Order ID., address, phone number. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
2.  All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.
3. No refund or replacement of product will be possible if any product related complaint is reported after 72 hours of product receipt. Return of used product will not be accepted
4. Breakage of Ceramic product (lamps, etc) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of parcel from courier along with unboxing video of the product. The product will be replaced without asking for return of broken ceramic product. However unboxing video of the product evidencing transit breakage is mandatory. Replacement will be undertaken within 10 days. If the particular ceramic model is out of stock, an alternate model will be offered as replacement. Refund if desired will be transferred to designated bank account after deduction of 2.5% towards transaction fee.
5. We are not responsible for consequential damage caused due to product misuse, unintended use and / or damage due to tampering of the product.
6. The ceramic products, lamps and / or their electrical parts are not covered under any warranty

Order Cancellation:

1. You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped. We will refund entire amount. Order cancellation after packing and / or shipment is not possible. Order cancellation must be lodged over Email & WhatsApp +91-9391383606 within maximum 24 hours of order placement.
2. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site / not as per product specifications on website, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product thru email. The Customer Service will address your complaint.
