1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://lastingaroma.com (the “Site”), operated by Invitro Biotech Labs (“Lasting Aroma”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our Site, registering an account, or purchasing any products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our Site.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You may browse the Site as a guest or create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You may register using your email and password or via authorized third-party OAuth services (such as Google Sign-In or Facebook Login).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account security.

3. Products, Pricing & Orders

• Pricing & Currency: All prices on our Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Product Presentation: We endeavor to display product images, fragrance descriptions, and bottle dimensions accurately. Slight variations in packaging design or color hues may occur due to photography or screen calibration.
• Order Acceptance: Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such events, any payment made will be promptly refunded in full.

4. Payments & Billing

We support several secure payment methods:

• Direct UPI Payments: Payment via QR code scan or direct UPI ID transfer (8790284104@barodampay / Invitro Biotech Labs) via PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or BHIM.
• Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS): Direct electronic bank transfer into our Bank of Baroda corporate current account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable in cash upon delivery to authorized courier personnel.

Orders placed via Direct UPI or NEFT are processed for dispatch immediately upon verification of the payment reference or transaction screenshot.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Coverage: We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes via reputed courier partners.
• Shipping Rates: Flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies on standard orders. Free Shipping applies automatically on all orders above ₹999.
• Timelines: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination city and PIN code.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is paramount. Because car perfumes, essential oils, and hygiene sprays are personal fragrance items, health and safety regulations apply:

• Damaged / Defective on Arrival: If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic proof via WhatsApp (+91 93913 83606) or email (support@lastingaroma.com). We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
• Refunds: Approved refunds for cancelled or unserviceable orders are processed back to the original payment source or UPI within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including brand logos, product names, text, graphics, photography, custom code snippets, UI styling, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Invitro Biotech Labs / Lasting Aroma and are protected under Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lasting Aroma and Invitro Biotech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Fragrance products should be used strictly as directed on packaging and kept out of reach of children.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or purchases made on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
